  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding
  • Serious damage from storm, fire, etc
  • No electricity/gas
  • No water
  • No hot water
  • All cooking facilities not working
  • Unable to secure/lock the premises
  • Anything dangerous and likely to injure a person
  • Anything unsafe that stops you gaining access to the premises

All other repairs would be considered routine repairs.
