Your property will be one of only twenty properties under management, not one of hundreds or thousands. Your property will be personally managed by a fully licensed real estate agent who has been involved in management since 1990, and who has been training real estate and property management for REIQ on a contractual basis since 2001. Your property will be managed by one person, not by multiple or sequential employees. Your property will be managed by someone who has been a landlord, and is personally familiar with the risks and benefits of owning investment property.
